Dr. Tomasz Ludwicki holds the position of Director, at The International Management Center at the Faculty of Management, The University of Warsaw, a unit designated for the executive education including its flagship Executive MBA Program. He is Ford and Mellon Foundations scholar and Marie Curie Fellow (EU Program). Besides his managerial role he also teaches strategy, international strategy, organizational consulting and he is supervisor of master thesis and consulting projects at MBA Program. His research interests includes organizational consulting and strategy. He taught courses at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Lund University and Hochschule fur Philiosophie in Munich. He is also the assessor in the Association of MBAs based in London. He consulted leading Polish and global corporations in the field of strategy, process and organizational structure. The Executive MBA Program at the University of Warsaw was established in 1991, as one of the first MBAs in CEE, with cooperation of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Up to date almost 30 cohorts have graduated providing over 1500 executives for both Polish and international corporations, as well as a number of successful entrepreneurs and experts. 5 out of top 10 companies in Poland are managed[1] by our graduates. The Program is ranked among top 3 in Poland for last 30 years by Wprost and Perspektywy rankings and is triple accredited by AASCB, AMBA/BGA and EQUIS.
