About us
The Office actively promotes internship programs, traineeships, job offers, recruitment events, and workshops organized in cooperation with companies and institutions. As a result, students and graduates gain access to current career development opportunities and direct contact with employers seeking new talent. We collaborate with a wide network of business partners, which allows us to offer a variety of initiatives—from meetings with company representatives and competency‑building trainings to projects supporting the development of both soft and specialist skills.
As part of our activities, we also provide individual career counseling. Students and graduates (up to one year after completing their studies) are supported by Ms. Marta Prokopek‑Pyśk—a psychologist, career advisor, business trainer, and HR practitioner with extensive experience in human resource management. She assists in preparing application documents, offers guidance on recruitment processes, and helps identify career development directions. Consultations are available individually or through regular online workshops, which enjoy strong interest among students and graduates.
The Career and Alumni Office also plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between the Faculty and its alumni. Graduates can maintain their connection with their Alma Mater by joining the Faculty of Management Alumni Association. The Association organizes networking events, integration meetings, development initiatives, and projects that foster the exchange of experiences among graduates from different cohorts. It provides a space to expand professional networks, share knowledge, and inspire one another, building long‑lasting relationships rooted in shared academic experiences.
