Our partners provide substantive support to the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw in its efforts to strengthen its position as a leading business school in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
The main goal of this cooperation is to bring the university and business practice closer together, enabling the most effective use of the potential of both parties. The support provided by our Partners is extremely important for the development of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the implementation of its statutory tasks.
Sponsored funds are used to carry out research, educational, and employer branding projects, as well as investments in the Faculty's infrastructure. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, we are able to organize numerous ceremonies, conferences, and cultural and entertainment events.
As part of the cooperation with WZ UW Partners, the following common goals are pursued:
- co-creation of original teaching programs through guest appearances by experts from companies in lectures and classes for students, including postgraduate studies;
- presentations of companies as future employers during meetings organized for students to introduce the specifics of work in particular industries and in various positions;
- implementation of joint research and implementation projects;
- development of student initiatives: participation of companies in student projects, meetings with business representatives, thematic workshops, competitions, case studies;
- improvement of teaching conditions through the modernization of classrooms, lecture halls, sports facilities, and common areas;
provision of modern teaching and scientific equipment.

Through cooperation with companies, we aim to build ties between academia and business, as well as to take full advantage of the lasting connections between science and economic practice.

and we also provide:
- display of the Partner's logo on the premises of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw,
- promotion of the company as a Partner of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw – employer on the Synergia portal of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
Companies that are Partners of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw receive assistance from the Career and Alumni Office of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw in organizing meetings with students, workshops, seminars, and recruitment campaigns.
